1. Place both the chocolate and the butter into a large bowl and gently heat over a double saucepan, stir until it’s just combined, then set the saucepan aside to cool.
2. Whisk in the eggs, sugar and vanilla in a separate large bowl. Add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and whisk until combined.
3. Fold in the dry ingredients and the Sandalwood Nuts - be careful not to overheat!
Pour into a lined tin, bake for 40 minutes at 180C to 350F until lightly it rises slightly and just firm, leave to rest in tin for 10 minutes and then turn out carefully.
