    Davidson Plum's earthy aroma, reminiscent of rosella jam and stewed rhubarb with musk and a touch of sweetness makes your Spicy Pork Ribs spicier and aromatic.

      Ingredients:


      1 Rack of pork ribs

      Barbeque Sauce

      50ml honey

      50ml apple cider vinegar

      2 large chopped red chilis

      200ml tomato ketchup

      50ml soy sauce

      50ml fish sauce

      2 tbsp grated ginger

      2 tbls grated garlic

      1 tsp smoked paprika

      1 tsp cumin

      1 tsp ground coriander

      2 tsp Davidson Plum Powder

      To Spice

      1 tsp Davidson Plum Powder

      3 tbsp olive oil

      Salt and pepper


      To Spice

      1 tsp Davidson Plum Powder

      3 tbsp olive oil

      Salt and pepper


      To Serve

      2 limes (green shallots, garlic scrapes optional)

      Method


      1. Blitz together the sauce and spices into one.

      2. Pop the rack of ribs into a tray, season with salt, pepper and olive oil.

      3. Pour over the freshly blitzed sauce, sprinkle over the remaining Davidson Plum Powder

      4. Cover the ribs and roast at 160 degrees Celcius for two hours.
