1 x Native Thyme - With earthy notes, and a slight pepperiness, it makes it a perfect addition with red meat, as well as game, chicken, and fish. We recommend to use the herb fresh from the plant.


1 x Boobialla - It is a shrub or small tree which grows on dunes and coastal cliffs, is very salt tolerant and widely used in horticulture. Each the small seeded berries fresh, or dry and ground to use as a botanical flavour enhancer in cocktails or jams.


1 x Native Linseed - A fast growing native with edible seeds and tubers. Grows in all soil types, and tolerates a variety of conditions. Plant in native potting mix. Great in pots.


1 x Pig Face - Edible Sweet Fruit that tastes like a salty kiwi + edible leaf to use in stir fry.


1 x Saltbush - Saltbush is a delicious native plant with salty leaves and bitter berries which can be used in stir fries or even as a salad. 


1 x Murnong - 'Yam Daisy' is a native yam which has a distinct nutty-taste when roasted. Very easy to grow, producing beautiful, yellow flowers.


1 x Chocolate Lily - A small growing grassy tuber with edible roots.


1 x Noon-Flower - Crisp and fleshy, the succulent leaves are a tasty vegetable that can be used in salads or pickled for a crunchy texture. It is slightly salty and has a mild flavour.
