Where does Gubinge (Kakadu Plum) come from?
Endemic to pockets of monsoonal North Australia, the Nyul Nyul People around Dampier Peninsula (just north of Broome, Australia) used the healing powers of the tree to cure sickness and stay in good health for thousands of years.
What does it taste like?
Tart and fruity, with a slightly natural malt flavour
Why is this Freeze-Dried?
Out of most preservation techniques, freeze-drying is known to hold the most nutrients compared to other preservation methods. This means the Gubinge (Kakadu Plum) powder will last longer, have higher nutritients and be free from preservatives and nasties.
