There's no better way to keep it fresh than with this native!
Native across southern Australia, River Mint (Mentha australis) is a smaller, less-invasive relative to other species of mints. A hardy plant, it can grow well in pots and herb gardens and has a flavour and intensity similar to spearmint.
You can enjoy it fresh or dried when making sauces, salads, dressing, dips, roasts, desserts, teas, cocktails and even water infusions.
