We are recommending lodgement by the following dates for delivery within most states in Australia by Christmas (*excludes items sent to and from Perth and Darwin):
  • Parcel Post: Sunday 17 December**
  • Express Post: Tuesday 19 December
  • StarTrack Premium and Express: Wednesday 20 December

We may try our best to send packages on the day, or the day after purchase, please allow up to 2 business days before the item is shipped.

If you order only 1 food item, your parcel might be shipped in an envelope and will not have tracking, make sure to contact us if you haven't received your order.

🌱 Plants:

Due to biosecurity restrictions, we cannot send plants to WA, NT, TAS or Worldwide. If you order, your plants will be refunded.

*Our 24-hour plant guarantee means that any plants that have died in transit will be refunded to you when we receive photos from you at hello@melbournebushfood.com.au within 24 hours of the receipt of the delivery. Plants must be in the original pot of arrival and must not be repotted.


We are not responsible for items that are lost in transit due to courier error or because of confiscation from customs or biosecurity, but we do ensure that all of our packages contain tracking. If at anytime the item is lost, you will be able to see this online with the tracking number given to you.

If you would like to make any changes to the order, please feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate this. However, once the item has been sent we will be unable to update your order.
