For thousands of years, Indigenous Australians have lived across Arnhem Land and harnessed its immense bounty for food and culture. Now, Maningrida, located in Western Arnhem land hosts close to 4,500 people with 10 to 15 people living in each house.

Tents have sprouted in backyards and front gardens, and an employment rate of 5% is leaving the people without skills or a way out.

Our Syrup has been made in collaboration with Bawinanga Aboriginal Corporation and Maningrida Wild Foods in support of their endeavour for Indigenous Australians to find economic self-determination in their home Country without needing to relocate to larger cities.

As part of our capacity building with Maningrida, 100% of the profits from our syrups will go to directly support their Community and Culture in search of a future free from poverty.

We distilled three of their most delicious flavours into a limited-release syrup collection in collaboration with them. Honestly, this is the most excited we have EVER been about a collab!

Marlanggi Cherry, Djarduk and White Bush Apple are on the menu.

Limited release only. 400 collections available

Due to natural pigments found in the White Bush Apple, after cooking, the colour sometimes changes to a vibrant red, and not the white colour in the photos. This is only for 200 of the 400 syrups.
