This has to be one of our favourite native fruits. Sweet and succulent red globular fruit reminiscent of raspberries and strawberries that stew well in jams and preserves, or easily dotted along with a summer-time sponge cake. Atherton Raspberry (Rubus probus) is a must-have for any bushfood garden.
