Great for cooking! |
The white berries of the Lemon Aspen (Acronychia acidula) have an intense lemony flavour with herby tones that resemble eucalyptus and honey but without the sweetness. They are super fresh and sour, so eating raw is akin to eating a lemon sorbet without the sugar. They are great in syrups, jams, sauces, juices, dressings, puddings, cakes and biscuits!
