Packaged beautifully, used the ingredients in making a Damper. Turned out really well and enjoyed even by my fussy husband. The additional free chocolate bar was smooth and even touch of bitterness a truly amazing flavour. Should be tested against the Swiss chocolate makers. I think The Australian Bush chocolate will win a few awards.
I love the chocolatey/ coffee/ nutty flavour of this wattleseed - such a unique flavour!
I've really enjoyed adding it to my homemade energy balls and banana bread. Can't wait to do more baking so I can use this again!
Your ground Wattle has such a chocolatey taste to it. It's unbelievable. None of the ground Wattleseed I've used before has been quite like yours!
I've had some others from other brands which were over toasted and enjoyable. I'd probably include that it's been toasted to avoid double jeopardy so people don't toast it again and then burn it. I also like the more coarse ground rather than a superfine powder.
Inspired by Melbourne Bushfood's wattleseed pasta fettuccine on instagram, we ate the best homemade pasta! We do homemade a lot and this was easily our favourite :)
Wattleseed sheets for vegetarian lasagna will be next, but can see this going into a lot of recipes from now on <3
