Wattleseed + Black Sesame Amber Chocolate chocolate Melbourne Bushfood

We received thousands of reviews from you and we've used it to release our new bush chocolate range.

The Wattle tree is made up of over 800 species with over 100 known to be edible. Most you'll find online as a spice is one of the most widespread across Australia, the Bramble Wattle. We've bought straight from the harvester a rare and exciting variety that's just like sesame, with touches of toasty darkness and a fun soy crunch.

We handcrafted this chocolate at our warehouse in Melbourne using ethical chocolate sourced from the Cacao Trace Programme.

This is a celebration of a grain that kept people fed in the centre of Australia for thousands of years, but has since been ignored by the contemporary Australian diet.

Heaven sent.

Thank you for my Crystal, Finger Lime. I had it in a small container inside for a few days, and recently potted it with an organic mix which looks like a mixture of rotted gum leaves and twigs, which is good. I talk to her every day and breathe upon her. (carbon monoxide) Today she enjoyed her first rain shower. I am going to name her ( appropriately) Crystal. She is slim and shapely and oh, so pretty like a young Native Australian. We shall become good friends and I am sure she will reward my TLC with much fruitage in the years to come. Thanks again, wishing you all the best with your enterprise. Margaret Gould. p.s. Looking forward to receiving my Dreaming Tea.
