The Coastal Wattle is a wattle found in coastal and subcoastal south-eastern Australia from the Eyre Peninsula to southern Queensland. This product is wild harvested across Australia and contributes to revegetation to increase the amount available.
With deep roast flavours, this seed is great in granolas, breads, sourdough, in muffins, or other less-sweet applications. The seeds are great when eaten whole, and can be mixed in with salads for a delicious crunch and flavour burst.
