Wild Rosemary was one of the first plants found to be edible by Europeans prior to English colonization. Wild Rosemary's light aromatic quality makes it favourable as a herb for roasted vegetables or roasted meats. For inspiration, check out our Wild Rosemary Crusted Kangaroo recipe here.

Wild Rosemary is native from Western Australia along the southern coastline up to Sydney.

How to Grow

Native bushfood plants are a fantastic suburban addition that produce kilos of fresh, nutritious flavours that can be used fresh, in preserves, or in a roast salad. They are indigenous to this land so if you're going to grow plants for food, why not make them Australian native food plants?

“Delivered pretty fast from me ordering, it was in great condition. Sprouting up and looking spot on.It will be loved along with our other friends” XO Janet D
