Desert Lime Fruit Frozen 1kg (whole)
🙂 We'll pack these into freezer-safe resealable bags so you can reuse them as needed. There are no seeds making it super quick and easy to use. The Desert Lime is similar to lime but not as acidic. You can use the fruit in sorbets, desserts, or other applications where citrus is needed.
🌱 We source our Desert Limes from both Western Australia, Queensland and wild harvesters who harvest in South Australia, NSW and QLD.
Kitchen information:
Flavour: Strong piquant / lime flavour and with a slight bitterness.
Consistency: Fleshy with a medium water content. The fruit can be eaten frozen or dehydrated. There are no seeds inside.
Size: 1kg, whole fruit.
Pick up location: 49 Sparks Avenue, Fairfield, 3078. Monday to Sunday 10am to 4pm
