This is something we're trying to fix! We're a small team, so trying to make sure we can offer everyone a good service is what we want. Right now, because of the amount of inquiries we receive, it's not quite possible - however, we're aiming to get this fixed in 2024.

Pick up times are between 10am and 4pm Monday to Sunday. If the gate is shut on Monday or Tuesday, please push it open and come in.
We are not open on Victorian public holidays.
Not to worry! Our 24 hour plant guarantee means that any plant that arrives in a not-so-good condition will be refunded or replaced. However, please please please make sure to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery - we can't replace it 1 month after delivery :(
