Davidson Plum Fruit Frozen 1kg (whole) 

🙂 We'll pack these into freezer-safe resealable bags so you can reuse them as needed. Once defrosted, it's easy to remove the two seeds, and the fruit can be used in sorbets, syrups, conserves and more. 

🌱 We source our Davidson Plums across Eastern Australia from growers in the northern rivers region of NSW all the way up to Cairns. 

Kitchen information:

Flavour: Tart and acidic, similar flavour to red fruits without sweetness.

Consistency: Plump, not very fibrous. Very easy to puree for use in pastries etc.. High water content as a fruit which makes it good for juicing or sauces.

Size: 1kg, whole fruit with seeds.
