Rosella Fruit Frozen 1kg (whole) 

🙂 We'll pack these into freezer-safe resealable bags so you can reuse them as needed. Once defrosted, the pip inside needs to be removed from the outer flesh. Rosellas are best used in conerves, sauces or desserts, and can be easily dehydrated for the use in teas and infusions.
🌱 Our Rosellas are sourced from Victorian and NSW growers.

Kitchen information:

Flavour: Tart with strong strawberry / red berry flavour. Similar to other hibiscus species.
Consistency: Fleshy and 'meaty', it's best either used in sauces or desserts as it contains a naturally high amount of pectin. 
Size: 1kg, whole fruit with seeds.
